We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager who can lead and optimize our people operations across multiple departments and business units. This is not a traditional administrative HR role. You will help design scalable HR strategies, improve employee engagement, oversee compliance, and support organizational growth in a fast\-moving business environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership, department managers, and recruitment teams to ensure our workforce operations remain efficient, employee\-focused, and aligned with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Management

Lead daily HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, attendance management, and policy implementation across multiple departments.

Process Improvement

Develop and improve HR workflows, operational procedures, and reporting systems to increase efficiency and support business scalability.

Compliance and Policies

Ensure all HR practices comply with UK employment regulations, internal company standards, and workplace policies.

Talent and Performance Support

Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to support recruitment strategies, employee retention initiatives, and performance management programs.

Team Leadership

Mentor HR coordinators and operational support staff while promoting a collaborative and high\-performance work culture.

Data and Reporting

Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, turnover reports, and operational KPIs to support strategic decision\-making.

Employee Experience

Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, workplace communication, and overall staff satisfaction.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

7\+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, HR Management, or Workforce Administration, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Leadership Skills

Strong ability to manage teams, coordinate cross\-functional projects, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

HR Systems Knowledge

Experience working with HRIS platforms, workforce management tools, payroll coordination systems, and operational reporting software.

Organizational Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, improve operational workflows, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to support employees and leadership teams professionally.

Mindset

You are proactive, solution\-oriented, and capable of balancing operational efficiency with a people\-first approach.

Pay: £5,800\.00\-£6,000\.00 per month
