We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at The Wilmslow Hospital—a role perfectly suited to someone passionate about delivering five\-star service and an outstanding patient experience.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Hotel Services Manager, stepping in when needed and playing a pivotal role in ensuring our services consistently exceed expectations.

What you'll do:
- Deputise for the Hotel Services Manager, managing teams and HR processes
- Manage and have responsibility for Hotel Services budgets
- Ensure the use of corporate contracts working with external contractors to ensure smooth running of the site
- Facilitate professional and personal development of managers and supervisors
- Facilitate professional and personal development of the team
- Support with audits, inspections and executive rounding’s across Hotel Services
- Manage patient satisfaction results for the hospital, setting up action plans with relevant stakeholders
- Management and leadership skills within a similar role is essential
- Experience of working in a 5\* environment
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Good verbal and non\-verbal communication skills
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
