Meller Speakman is a well\-established firm of chartered surveyors (property consultants), providing professional advice and services across estate management, property sales, and rural consultancy. We pride ourselves on delivering a high\-quality, personal service to our clients and are looking to strengthen our team with a capable and motivated individual.
We are seeking an Property \& Sales Support Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role supporting the residential sales function of the business as well as assisting with the day\-to\-day management of a portfolio of approximately 25–30 residential properties for a key client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, diverse role within a professional consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative and coordination support to the residential sales team
- Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio (25–30 properties)
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and clients, as required
- Handling incoming enquiries and ensuring prompt follow\-up
- Supporting property inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance tasks
- Preparing and maintaining property records and documentation
- Assisting with marketing materials and sales progression administration
- General office administration to support the wider team
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident in communication, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and happy working as part of a small professional team
- Experienced in administration, property, estate agency, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Team player
