As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team.

You will work closely with our directors, sales team, and marketing team to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into long\-term clients.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and manage inbound leads through the sales process
- Generate new business opportunities through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the business
- Develop a strong understanding of our SEO and link building services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within our CRM
- 1\+ years experience in a sales, business development, or account management role
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a target\-driven mindset
- Confident speaking with business owners and marketing professionals
- Self\-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your own workload
- A genuine desire to learn and develop within a growing agency environment
- 1\+ years experience within a digital marketing, SEO, SaaS, recruitment, or agency environment
- Knowledge of SEO, link building, PPC, or digital marketing services
- It would be great if the candidate is familiar with industry\-leading tools such as AHrefs, SE Ranking, SEMRUSH or Majestic
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
£28,000 \- £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
OTE £40,000 \- £50,000\+ in Year 1 with uncapped commission.
