Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week | £14.40 per hour
Day Shifts Available: 8:00am–8:00pm, 8:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–8:00pm
The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the day team at a newly owned boutique retirement home in the picturesque village of Little Dunham, Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team within a small, resident-focused care setting that prides itself on delivering personalised, high-quality care. The home provides residential care for 18 residents, offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents are supported to live comfortably, independently, and with dignity.

- Assist with medication administration where required

- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Support and mentor junior care staff during day shifts
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging home environment
- Previous experience within a residential care setting
- Experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant role advantageous
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead by example and support colleagues
- Genuine passion for providing exceptional care for older people
- Full-time contract – 37.5 hours per week
