We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency based near Swaffham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic property professional to join a busy, target-driven branch with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to overall branch success.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing a professional and informative service
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
- Progress sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion
- Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
- Generate new business opportunities, referrals, and valuations
- Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor
- Proven ability to manage residential property sales through to completion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, ambitious, and target-driven approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up to £28,000 basic salary
- £34,000+ OTE
- Pool car available
