About Us:
On Call Doctors is an elite private GP and specialist clinic based on the Fylde Coast. We provide high\-quality, patient\-centric care utilizing state\-of\-the\-art diagnostic technology. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and welcoming Healthcare Assistant to join our clinical team and deliver first\-class care to our private patients.
​The Role:
As an HCA at On Call Doctors, you will play a pivotal role in the patient journey. You will support our GPs and specialists by performing essential clinical checks, administering wellness treatments, and operating advanced health\-screening technology.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Perform clinical procedures including Phlebotomy (blood tests), ECGs, Spirometry, 24\-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, wound dressings and assisting in minor surgery.
​Assist in the setup and monitoring of Iron Infusions and IV Vitamin therapies.
​Operate our cutting\-edge 3D Body Scanner for patient wellness and health assessments (full training will be provided).
​Maintain accurate patient records and assist in ensuring high standards of clinical infection control and safety.
​Provide a warm, premium, and professional experience for all patients visiting the clinic.
​Requirements:
​Proven experience working as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in a GP practice, private clinic, or acute hospital setting.
​Certified and competent in Phlebotomy and ECGs (Essential).
​Experience or training in Spirometry and 24\-hour BP monitoring is highly desirable.
​Comfortable using, or learning to use, advanced digital health technology (such as 3D scanning software).
​Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient\-first approach to care.
