Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café / Restaurant Manager to lead day\-to\-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer experience, team leadership, and high\-quality food service—while benefiting from a work\-life balance with daytime\-only hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service


• Lead, train, and motivate a team of front\-of\-house and kitchen staff


• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality


• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance


• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly


• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships


• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health \& safety, and company procedures


• Support financial performance including cost control, cash handling, and reporting


• Drive sales through excellent service, presentation, and local engagement

• Proven experience in a café or restaurant management role


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities


• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and maintain high standards


• Strong organisational and operational skills
