Senior Hair Stylist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team and become the new manager at our Liverpool salon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their creativity and technical skills in hair styling. Rate of pay will be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Minimum NVQ Level 3\.


• Be reliable and Punctual.


• Must have excellent hair colouring knowledge and skills.


• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.


• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.


• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good working order.


• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.


• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment that prioritises customer satisfaction.
