Senior Group Reporting Accounting
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 per year (DOE)
We're recruiting a qualified Senior Accountant to join a Group Finance - Consolidation & Reporting team. You'll help deliver accurate, timely month-end and group reporting across a large multi-entity structure, working closely with over 40 legal entities and key internal stakeholders under IFRS.
What you'll be doing • Liaising day-to-day with group legal entities, issuing reporting instructions and resolving submission queries
- Providing technical support for submissions within Tagetik
- Reviewing month-end and periodic entity reports, validating accuracy and completeness
- Supporting consolidated reporting packs and commentary for senior stakeholders
- Helping maintain and administer the consolidation tool structure and data, plus delivering user training where needed
- Providing IFRS insight and guidance across the business
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes (standardisation, automation, simplification)
- Supporting ad-hoc finance projects
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidated reporting in a group finance environment
- Up to 5 years' PQE in industry (or similar relevant experience)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong systems/IT capability with consolidation/reporting tools
