As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer Maternity Cover for a hybrid role in our Head Office in Dublin City Centre. This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role at the heart of our marketing team. You’ll take creative projects from brief to delivery across every channel we use, keep our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it appears, and bring fresh ideas to how we show up for our clients. Requirements

- Acting as guardian of the Thérapie Clinic brand and making sure every asset is consistent with our guidelines.
- Keeping typography, colour, logo usage and photography style consistent across print, digital and clinic signage — spanning many clinics, locations and channels.
- Producing Meta and Google ad creative that is both on\-brand and compliant with platform policies.
- Iterating quickly based on performance data, working closely with our performance marketing team.
- Managing external vendors, including print partners and print runs.
- Owning our file and asset management systems and libraries, so the whole team can find and reuse brand assets easily.
- Supporting the digital marketing team in producing consistent content for every channel.
- Partnering with marketing on campaign messaging, creative ideas, accuracy and compliance — bringing these to life across our “always\-on” and seasonal communications.
- Occasionally working with colleagues in Operations and HR on projects such as job postings and internal communications.
- Understanding stakeholder objectives and supporting them with strong ideation and visual campaign concepts.
- Fluency in Figma, Illustrator and InDesign as core tools.
- Fluency across the wider Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- A genuine interest in integrating new tools — AI\-assisted workflows, MCP integrations and similar — into production pipelines to speed up iteration.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office applications.
- Video editing skills are a plus, as is experience with CapCut or Canva.
- Familiarity with file organisation in Dropbox and project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus.

- Circa 4 to 6 years as a professional graphic designer in a busy, high\-volume environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design or Visual Communications, or equivalent experience.
- A real dedication to design consistency, brand standards and quality across every channel.
- Strong typography skills — this is essential to the role.
- A clear working knowledge of the differences between web, digital and print design, and confidence preparing artwork for both print and web.
- Sound knowledge of production processes and timelines, with the ability to anticipate and plan around them.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a habit of checking and rechecking work for accuracy.
- The ability to manage several projects at once and consistently hit deadlines.
- Brand work, UI/UX experience or time in a design studio are all a plus.
