Description:

Are you passionate about AI and excited to help shape how new ideas become practical business use cases? Join our Innovation Centre in Dublin, where you will work closely with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, shape use cases and help translate those ideas into learning examples and enablement materials for trainers.

This is a bridge between the business, enablement, and AI. The focus is on listening to stakeholders, understanding real business challenges, and turning those insights into clear, relevant use cases that can be taught, scaled, and applied in day\-to\-day work. You will partner with trainers, instructional designers, and content teams to support the development of scenarios, job aids, demos, and other learning materials.

The Role \& Your Mission:

As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and AI\-enabled learning. Your focus will be to uncover high\-value use cases, shape them into practical examples, and support the teams that train and enable the business.

You will work across the organization to help identify where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and decision\-making, then translate those opportunities into adoption materials that support real understanding and usage.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify business opportunities: Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, pain points, and opportunities where new use cases can help colleagues within the business become more productive.

  • Shape practical use cases: Define user journeys, workflows, success measures, data needs, risks, and implementation considerations.

  • Support enablement planning: Help define how each use case should be introduced, explained, and reinforced for business users.

  • Translate use cases into learning examples: Work with trainers and instructional designers to turn business scenarios into examples, job aids, demos, walkthroughs, and microlearning content.

  • Contribute business context: Ensure learning materials reflect real workflows, common questions, and practical application.

  • Gather feedback and refine: Collect input from users and stakeholders to improve use cases, materials, and enablement approaches over time.

  • Communicate clearly: Present ideas, recommendations, and progress to business leaders and cross\-functional partners.
Your Experience \& Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, product, innovation, change management, learning enablement, or AI\-related work.

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to uncover needs and shape practical solutions.

  • Proven ability to define business use cases from discovery through implementation and adoption.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, business\-friendly language.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem\-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes and adoption.

  • Experience working across regions, functions, and seniority levels.
What makes you standout:
  • Experience identifying or supporting AI, automation, or digital use cases in a business environment.

  • Experience working with change management teams, instructional designers, or technology readiness teams.

  • Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI\-enabled workflow design.

  • Ability to connect AI solutions to productivity gains, service improvement, cost savings, or growth.

  • Familiarity with change management, user adoption, and business transformation practices.

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to prototype ideas or support workflows.
Why join our team:
  • We help you do your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact on colleagues, clients, and communities.

  • Our scale enables us to provide a wide range of career opportunities.
