We operate 24/7 and integrate with the world's leading futures brokers (NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, and more) across every major prop firm our traders are evaluated and funded by. We're a small, fast\-moving team building infrastructure that serious futures traders depend on every day. Now we're looking for a Full Stack Developer t to help us scale what we've built and take it to the next level.
The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the stack — designing and building API endpoints on the backend and bringing them to life as the React interfaces traders use every session. You'll own features end to end and ship work that thousands of traders rely on daily.
This role is for someone who likes owning a feature from data model to interface, keeps their code clean and well\-documented, and moves fast with AI tooling in a scale\-up environment.
The platform you'll scale
Tradesyncer gives futures traders the full infrastructure to scale and improve, not just one tool. You'll own how trade copying, journaling, analytics, expense tracking and risk management fit together, and how it all plugs into the brokers and prop firms traders run on.

Brokers and platforms: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, ProjectX, Deepchart, and more.
What you'll do
- Design and build API endpoints in TypeScript (Node) — clean, documented, and wired straight into the product.
- Bring those endpoints to the front end as fast, responsive React / TypeScript interfaces traders rely on every session.
- Own features end to end — data model → endpoint → frontend → the last 10% of polish that makes it feel right.
- Build real\-time flows over WebSockets so dashboards and account states update live.
- Keep the codebase clean and lean — well\-structured code, sensible patterns, and clear documentation of your work are part of the role, not an afterthought.
- Move fast with AI — Cursor, Claude and AI\-assisted workflows are core to how we build, not a novelty.
- 3–5 years building production web apps with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Strong React and modern frontend skills — you build interfaces that are fast, responsive and dependable.
- You're comfortable designing and building backend API endpoints (Node / TypeScript; Rust a bonus).
- Solid with SQL and Supabase / Postgres; Redis and WebSockets a plus.
- *Nice to have:* familiarity with Docker and a cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
- Fluent with AI\-assisted development (Cursor, Claude) — this is genuinely how we work day to day.
- Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam for a hybrid setup. Comfortable working in English.
- *Bonus:* an interest in trading, markets, or fintech.
- Based in Amsterdam, on\-site preferred, working side by side with the founding team.
