Senior Finance Manager
With the permanent postholder seconded into a more senior post, we are pleased to be able to offer this development opportunity for a self\-motivated individual wishing to extend their skills and/or work in a different clinical area.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance \& Contracting, you will provide high\-quality financial business partnering to help our Learning Disabilities \& Autism Directorate make the best use of their available budget and so support the delivery of high\-quality clinical care. You'll lead financial planning, monthly reporting, cost improvement planning and support the adoption of service line and patient\-level costing.
About You: We're looking for an individual with:
CCAB or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
NHS financial and operational knowledge
Skills in planning, reporting, and analysis
Communication and influencing skills
Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvemen
