Senior Finance Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider ofintegrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are currentlyrecruiting a Senior finance Manager to join the finance team in the Industrialand Logistics sector located in EMEA. The successful candidate will providestrong financial and commercial support to our client and dedicated accountteam.
Corporate Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate corporate accounts for multiple countries andentities in line
entity, client site \& service line
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and commentary by generalledger code, by
- Prepare accurate and detailed balance sheet reconciliations withdetailed
- Prepare detailed balance sheet performance reports providing anoverview of
- Prepare accurate corporate P\&L forecasts (monthly) and theannual plan
- Support the annual audit process
- Support any GWS transformation and client initiatives, workingclosely with other
- Ad\-hoc reporting as requested by the contract team
- Provide ad\-hoc support and financial analysis as required by thecontract team.
- Support the account team to ensure company policies andprocedures are
- Support the account team to manage the integrity of dataregarding client
- Develop an understanding of how to best utilize GWSsystem\-generated
- Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits forclient \& GWS.
- Support the account team to ensure the accuracy and integrity ofaccounting
efficiencies
Financial Governance
- Support the account team with CBRE and statutory compliance
- Support the account team with balance sheet integrity
- Support the account team by ensuring revenue is recognized inline CBRE’s
- Support the account team by ensuring costs are recognized andrecorded
- Support the account team in complying with any Global AccountStandards.
- Prepare accurate client accounts by site by service line in linewith the
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and commentary by site byservice line
- Prepare and maintain accurate client forecasts (monthly) andannual budgets.
- Developing effective client relationships across the account.
- Detailed and compliant financial statements (SOX, CBRE, US GAAP)
- Detailed commentary and financial walks providing in depthanalysis on financial performance – Gross Revenue, Net Revenue and COP
- Detailed corporate and client forecasts maintained monthly
- Corporate and client variances not exceeding \-/\+ 5% on GrossRevenue, Net Revenue \& COP
- Detailed R\&O tracker maintained · Zero WIP over 15 days
- Zero aged debt over 15 days · Zero aged PO accruals over 90 days
- Zero supplier invoices blocked in the system over 90 days
