We are looking for a Senior Finance and Compliance Manager who can take ownership of financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management across multiple business functions. You will not simply oversee reports and policies; you will help shape strategic financial decisions while ensuring the organization operates with transparency, efficiency, and integrity.

You will lead a high\-performing team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and bridge the gap between commercial objectives and regulatory responsibilities. You are the trusted advisor who ensures the business can scale confidently while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance frameworks.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Governance

Lead financial planning oversight, budgeting controls, forecasting reviews, and financial compliance initiatives across the organization. Ensure accurate reporting standards and operational accountability.

Compliance Management

Develop and maintain company\-wide compliance frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory procedures. Monitor evolving regulations and ensure operational alignment with legal and industry standards.

Risk Oversight

Identify operational, financial, and compliance\-related risks before they impact the business. Implement mitigation strategies and maintain effective internal control systems.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor finance and compliance professionals. Conduct performance reviews, provide leadership guidance, and support professional development initiatives that strengthen team capability.

Audit and Reporting

Coordinate internal audits, external reviews, and compliance assessments. Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with department leaders and external partners to improve financial processes, strengthen compliance operations, and support strategic business growth.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

6\+ years of experience in finance, compliance, audit, or corporate risk management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.

Financial Expertise

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance controls, and operational risk management within corporate environments.

Industry Background

Experience working within healthcare, hospitality, technology, corporate services, or multi\-site operations environments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Experience using financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, compliance monitoring tools, and advanced spreadsheet reporting functions.

Communication Skills

Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. You can confidently explain financial and compliance strategies to both technical and non\-technical audiences.

Mindset

You are detail\-oriented, commercially aware, and solutions\-driven. You understand how to balance regulatory requirements with operational efficiency and business growth.

Pay: £6,300\.00\-£6,500\.00 per month
