The Role

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and helping progress sales through to completion.

You will play an important role in building relationships with clients and contributing towards the continued success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Estate Agent

  • Registering and qualifying applicants

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings

  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

  • Generating valuation opportunities and new business leads

  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion

  • Maintaining regular communication with buyers and vendors

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

  • Working towards individual and branch targets

Requirements for a Senior Estate Agent
  • Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills

  • Professional and proactive approach

  • Target-driven and motivated to succeed

  • Well-presented with excellent organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence
