<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager </strong>with deep expertise in <strong>backend systems (Rust, TypeScript, microservices, cloud)</strong> to lead multiple engineering teams building the <strong>Affinidi Elements </strong>platform. While you will manage and support teams working across the full stack (backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), your technical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineering will be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy. </p>
<p>This role blends <strong>people leadership</strong> with <strong>technical leadership</strong>: you will grow high-performing fullstack teams, define best practices across the stack, and remain hands-on in critical technical decisions to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and performant. </p>

<li>Are skilled at balancing <strong>strategic vision</strong> with <strong>practical execution</strong>, aligning engineering teams with business outcomes </li>
<li>Possess <strong>deep backend expertise in Rust</strong> (required), with strong knowledge of <strong>TypeScript/Node.js</strong>; <strong>Dart </strong>experience is preferred; familiarity with C#, Go, or similar is a plus </li>
<li>Have experience with <strong> React/Next.js</strong> and/or <strong>Flutter</strong>, demonstrates solid understanding of modern web and/or mobile development practices </li>
<li>Demonstrate proven success in <strong>designing, deploying, and scaling microservices</strong> in cloud environments, specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS) </li>
<li>Advocate for <strong>privacy, security, cryptography</strong>, and resilient system design; experience with <strong>asynchronous cryptography and identity/authentication domains</strong> is a strong plus </li>
<li>Are skilled at balancing <strong>technical leadership</strong> and <strong>people leadership</strong>, growing teams while staying engaged in critical technical decisions </li>
<li>Excel at <strong>cross-functional collaboration</strong> with product, design, and security stakeholders </li>
<li>Thrive in <strong>fast-moving startup environments</strong>, building autonomous teams that experiment, learn, and deliver at speed </li>
