</div></div><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior C# Developer</strong> for <a href="https://www.veeam.com/backup-microsoft-office-365.html?ad=menu-products">Veeam Backup for Office 365</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Your tasks will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team</li>
<li>Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend</li>
<li>Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity</li>
<li>Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team</li>
<li>Make technical decisions</li>
<li>Lead and involve others into code reviews</li>
<li>Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation</li>
<li>Communicate with the project’s stakeholders</li>
<li>Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What we expect from you:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of software development in commercial projects</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms</li>
<li>Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility</li>
<li>Result-oriented, proactive approach</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Technical mindset with great attention to details</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams</li>
