Senior Engineer

Join our technical team in a diverse civil engineering role where you'll contribute to the design and delivery of our developments. Working across multiple stages of the technical design process within our in\-house consultancy, you'll gain valuable insight as your designs progress from concept to implementation. Skills \& knowledge you'll bring
Hold a Civil Engineering degree (desirable) or equivalent through relevant working experience
Experience within the role of an Engineer, either within a consultancy or a housebuilder with in\-house design capability
Ideally MICE Chartered or Incorporated (support available for those working towards professional qualification)
Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed designs for infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage and external works associated with residential developments
Experience coordinating multi\-disciplinary consultant teams and managing the technical design process to ensure projects progress efficiently toward site start
Ability to manage and track design information, proactively liaise with consultants and stakeholders, and drive technical deliverables in line with programme requirements
Strong IT skills including knowledge of packages such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PDS and FLOW (or similar)
