(Senior) Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (gn) – Retention | Dutch-speaking | Remote

OKTOBER is hiring a Dutch speaking Senior Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do:

• Own results and relationships for 4–5 high\-value Shopify brands (5M\+/year), handling the most complex strategic challenges


• Develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks — writing your own copy and directing creative to make it bang


• Mentor specialists on the team, contribute to process improvements, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations

• 4\+ years hands\-on Klaviyo experience with agency or 8\-figure\+ brand background


• Expert\-level retention strategy and full\-funnel thinking — not just email metrics


• A proven relationship builder who operates with strong business acumen and can mentor those around them
