Senior E\-Commerce Specialist

Assistant to the Director \| Flexible Working \| Jewellery / DTC

About the Role

We are a fast\-growing, premium direct\-to\-consumer jewellery brand with a strong presence across the UK, US, and EU markets. We’re looking for a Senior E\-Commerce Specialist to join as a right hand to the Director — someone who can operate across the full digital commerce stack and take ownership of day\-to\-day performance across paid media, CRO, email, and international expansion.

This is a hands\-on, high\-impact role for a seasoned generalist who thrives in fast\-paced DTC environments and is comfortable moving between strategic planning and tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media \& Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), and TikTok Ads across multiple international accounts.

  • Manage significant monthly ad budgets with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin targets.

  • Build and test creative strategies, audience segmentation, and full\-funnel campaign structures.

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the Director.

  • Work closely with our DTC agency partners
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Own the on\-site conversion roadmap: identify friction points, develop hypotheses, and run A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Collaborate with design and development to implement landing page, PDP, and checkout optimisations.

  • Analyse user behaviour via GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools to inform site improvements.
Email \& SMS Marketing
  • Manage lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo (or similar), including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and list growth strategy.

  • Drive revenue from owned channels through personalisation, post\-purchase nurturing, and win\-back programmes.
International \& Multi\-Store E\-Commerce
  • Manage Shopify Plus storefronts across the UK, US, and EU.

  • Oversee localisation efforts including currency, language, shipping, and compliance.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations on international fulfilment and returns processes.
Director Support \& Strategy
  • Act as a strategic and operational right hand to the Director across all digital commerce activities.

  • Prepare board\-level reports, competitive analyses, and market opportunity assessments.

  • Project\-manage cross\-functional initiatives such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and site redesigns.

  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.

Requirements
  • 3–8 years of hands\-on experience in e\-commerce / DTC marketing, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or luxury lifestyle.

  • Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with six\-figure monthly budgets.

  • Deep Shopify / Shopify Plus expertise, including multi\-store, multi\-currency setups.

  • Strong CRO mindset with experience running structured testing programmes.

  • Proficiency with email marketing for email lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience operating across at least two international markets (UK, US, or EU).

  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, platform ad managers, and reporting/BI tools.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with affiliate, influencer

  • Familiarity with Shopify app ecosystem (e.g. Rebuy, Gorgias, Cart systems).

  • Background in creative direction or briefing for ad content and UGC.

  • Knowledge of international tax, duties, and GDPR compliance for e\-commerce.
