Senior Director - Commercial Lines Pricing Consultant

As a Commercial Lines Pricing Senior Director within the UK P&C Consulting Practice, you will help leading insurers address complex pricing and underwriting challenges while working alongside industry experts to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Commercial Lines pricing strategy, optimisation, and performance improvement.


• Lead pricing capability assessments and transformation programmes.


• Develop and enhance pricing models, tools, processes, and portfolio management capabilities.


• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, data enrichment, and insight-led decision making.


• Build trusted relationships with clients and represent WTW's Commercial Lines Pricing consulting and software solutions.


• Contribute to the development of new propositions, thought leadership, and market-facing insights.


• Support business growth through proposal development, networking, and identifying new opportunities.


• Collaborate across teams and mentor colleagues to support capability building and knowledge sharing.

• Experience in Commercial Lines pricing within an insurance company or consulting environment.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• A passion for innovation in pricing, underwriting, and data-driven decision making.


• Understanding of data enrichment techniques; exposure to machine learning or large-scale data analytics is advantageous.


• Experience with Radar software is desirable.


• Experience or interest in supporting business development and client engagement activities.


• Ability to deliver commercial value, manage change, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.


• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others.


• Ability to take a strategic perspective and connect solutions to broader client business objectives.


• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
