Role Overview:
We are looking for Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to integrate our teams in a highly technical environment, focused on the execution, evolution and optimisation of the Digital Workplace.
This is a hands\-on role with a high level of autonomy, where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating and maintaining modern workplace solutions, ensuring a secure, reliable and efficient digital experience for end users, supported by Microsoft 365, modern endpoint management and automation.
What you will do:
- Execute and continuously evolve the modern device lifecycle management (Windows and Android), ensuring stability, performance, compliance and scalability;
- Implement, configure and optimise Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including configuration profiles, security baselines, update management and compliance policies;
- Perform technical and automated vulnerability remediation, focusing on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction and operational improvement;
- Design and develop advanced automation and self\-healing mechanisms using PowerShell and AI\-driven approaches;
- Manage and secure mobile and specialised devices (PDAs, tablets and operational devices), ensuring data protection and application control;
- Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 components, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams;
- Proactively monitor Digital Workplace performance, availability and quality, acting on complex incidents and technical problems;
- Produce and maintain clear, structured and reusable technical documentation.
- A senior, hands\-on technical profile with strong autonomy and execution focus in Digital / Modern Workplace or End\-User Computing environments;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments;
- Skilled in PowerShell for automation, identity management and Conditional Access, with good knowledge of DNS, SMTP and MDM tools;
- Experienced in designing automation, remediation solutions and reducing manual operational dependency;
- Comfortable working with networking fundamentals and Linux systems;
- Analytical, detail\-oriented and capable of solving complex technical problems;
- A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with support, infrastructure and service teams;
- Proactive, resilient and driven by continuous improvement;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (professional level).
