Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift Window: 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts within this window)

Days Off: Saturday \& Sunday

About the Role

Do you excel at problem\-solving and enjoy delivering excellent service? A leading global car rental company is seeking a French\-speaking Travel Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic on\-site team in Porto.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for international travelers, helping them navigate their rental journeys smoothly. With a stable Monday\-to\-Friday schedule and your weekends guaranteed off, this position offers the perfect balance between a rewarding career in the mobility sector and a great personal lifestyle in Porto.

Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Assistance: Handle inbound inquiries from French\-speaking customers regarding vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and account queries.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve unexpected travel challenges or billing discrepancies calmly, efficiently, and professionally.

  • Liaison: Coordinate with global rental hubs and internal fleet management teams to ensure seamless vehicle availability and top\-tier service delivery.

  • Data Management: Accurately log client interactions, rental modifications, and feedback within the company's internal CRM database.

Requirements


  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in French (written and spoken), combined with a good working knowledge of English.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic, helpful, and solution\-oriented approach to customer care.

  • Organization: Strong multi\-tasking abilities and high attention to detail when managing booking logistics and rental terms.

  • Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable learning new internal databases, reservation software, and standard digital tools.

  • Work Setup: Ready to work 100% on\-site at our modern operations hub in Porto.
