Senior Digital Marketing Executive
We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based in our HQ in Chapel Place, London. As the post holder, you will play a key role in delivering and shaping Carter Jonas’ digital marketing strategy. This is a senior role with significant ownership across key digital channels, particularly email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and social media – to support Carter Jonas’ Vision 2030 growth strategy.
You will support our Residential, Commercial, Planning \& Development, Rural, and Infrastructure teams in reaching and engaging their audiences more effectively, helping to drive business development and profitability.
The successful candidate will have a firm grasp of performance marketing and hands\-on experience in utilising digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate high\-quality leads, and increase audience engagement.

Main tasks:* Campaign \& Project Ownership: Coordinate and drive the execution of digital marketing initiatives. Work closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing teams to support project development, ensuring all tasks are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Email Marketing: Own the execution and optimisation of email campaigns and automated customer journeys, driving engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion.
- Social Media: Lead Carter Jonas’s social media presence, establishing a clear social media strategy and ensuring brand consistency and proactive community engagement across all channels.
- Data \& CRM: Build and manage audience segmentation strategies, champion data quality and compliance, and ensure effective targeting across all digital activity.
- Performance \& Analytics: Lead on campaign and channel performance reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights. You will manage internal reporting for all social media and email marketing activity.
- Digital Presence: Oversee and optimise the firm’s presence on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Microsoft Business Profile, and Trustpilot.
- Customer Journey: Build and refine automated email journeys that nurture leads throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work within the wider Clients \& Marketing team (Marketing, Communications, Design, Research and Client Development), supporting the divisional PR and marketing plans, advising on the best strategies to execute key messaging on digital channels.
- Microsites \& Landing Pages: Assist the Head of Digital to build, maintain, and review the firm’s microsites and conversion\-optimised landing pages for paid campaigns.
- Management: Help manage and liaise with the firm’s digital marketing suppliers and agencies, including annual supplier reviews and contract renewals.
We’re looking for a digital marketing professional with strong experience in roles where digital channels are central to day\-to\-day activity. You will have hands\-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems. You will be confident managing social media platforms, and possess a strong understanding of campaign performance tracking, analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Experience using project management tools is essential, along with excellent organisational skills. Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities are also required, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, engaging and accurate content.
