Senior Data Analytics & Data Modeling Consultant (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Data Analytics \& Data Modelling Consultant (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

THE WORK:

Data Modelling \& Reporting Foundations

• Design and maintain robust data models that support reporting and analytics solutions.


• Define and standardize KPIs, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules across datasets.


• Ensure consistency between data structures, business definitions, and reported figures.


• Support and enhance reporting solutions built on Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Objects.


• Continuously improve and automate data models and reporting processes.

Data Quality Management

• Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues through root\-cause analysis.


• Design and implement data quality controls and validation rules.


• Monitor data quality indicators and investigate anomalies.


• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deploy new controls.


• Contribute to the evolution of data quality frameworks and governance practices

Data Analysis \& Automation

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.


• Use Python and SQL for data transformation, validation, automation, and analysis.


• Perform exploratory analyses and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


• Support data\-driven decision\-making through reliable and well\-structured analytics.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Data Warehousing, or a related field.


• Strong expertise in data modelling for reporting and analytics.


• Advanced experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP Business Objects.


• Proven experience implementing and maintaining data quality controls and validation frameworks.


• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and data quality logic.


• Advanced SQL skills.


• Ability to translate business requirements into robust analytical and reporting solutions.


• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working with both business and technical teams.


• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with data governance initiatives.


• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.


• Experience in large enterprise or institutional environments.


• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
