Lisbon or Porto\-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).

As a Senior Data Analyst – GCP \& Power BI Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial industry, dedicated to optimizing business decisions through data\-driven insights. Your contributions will directly impact the modernization of data products and operational excellence, supporting strategic transformations across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units within the Performance and Run team to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

  • Manage incidents swiftly, minimizing operational impact while implementing system upgrades and evolutions.

  • Develop key components in data construction projects to enhance data capabilities.

  • Leverage Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery and Composer, to streamline data management and analysis.

  • Create compelling reports and visualizations in Power BI, ensuring seamless data flow using tools like SSIS.

  • Coordinate with technical and business teams under the guidance of a squad lead to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

  • Fluent command of English and French (B2 level).

  • Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery and Composer.

  • Extensive experience with Power BI and data integration tools such as SSIS.

  • Solid knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and processing.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with business teams.

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, including daily stand\-ups and iterative development.

It is a strong plus if you have:
  • Additional certifications in data analysis or cloud technologies.

  • Familiarity with other GCP tools or data visualization platforms.

Language Required for the role:
  • Fluent in English and French (B2 level).
