We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Operations Manager who can lead and modernize our security operations strategy across multiple business divisions. This is not just a monitoring role. You will take ownership of enterprise\-wide cyber defense initiatives, oversee incident response planning, and guide a highly capable security operations team. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, compliance leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure our security posture stays ahead of industry risks while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations Leadership:
Lead day\-to\-day cyber security operations including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response coordination, and operational risk mitigation across multiple departments.

Incident Response Management:
Develop and maintain incident response procedures. Lead investigations into security events and coordinate recovery actions to minimize operational disruption.

Infrastructure Security:
Work closely with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to strengthen network security, endpoint protection, identity management, and access controls.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards. Support audits, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives related to ISO standards and data protection requirements.

Team Development:
Mentor cyber security analysts and engineers. Conduct operational reviews, support career development, and create a culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Present security recommendations, operational updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership and cross\-functional business teams in a clear and practical manner.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7\+ years of experience in cyber security operations, infrastructure security, or information security management, including leadership experience within enterprise environments.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, endpoint detection tools, vulnerability management systems, cloud security frameworks, firewalls, and enterprise network architecture.

Certifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security\+, or equivalent industry credentials are highly valued.

Leadership Skills:
You know how to manage operational priorities, mentor technical teams, and maintain calm decision\-making during high\-pressure incidents.

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
You are proactive, detail\-oriented, and solutions\-focused. You understand how to balance operational security with business efficiency while maintaining high professional standards.

Pay: £6,800\.00\-£7,300\.00 per month
