What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager at Betty Blocks, you'll be the strategic sparring partner for our clients. Because our platform is used to build complex business software, you understand better than anyone what a software development process entails. You're not just a relationship manager \- you're an advisor who translates technical complexity into measurable business value.

As a senior member of the team, you coach colleagues, share best practices, and optimize our internal processes. Your focus includes:

  • Understanding the architecture of custom software and guiding clients in translating their vision into scalable solutions.

  • Effortlessly switching between IT specialists and C\-level management to convey the value of our platform.

  • Keeping clients up to speed on the latest developments, leveraging your affinity with AI to show them how to innovate smarter and faster.

Who are you?

We're looking for a professional who speaks the language of developers but advocates for the interests of the business. You understand the phases of software development and can seamlessly guide clients through the process.

  • You have experience as a Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or Implementation Manager, preferably within custom software development.You understand the complexity of custom software (development, integrations, deployment) and can manage this process.

  • You have demonstrable experience with or a strong affinity for AI and understand its impact on the future of software development.

  • You are a strong conversation partner at various levels and speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Fluency in Dutch is required.

  • Experience with Low\-code/No\-code platforms or SaaS solutions is a definite advantage.
