Job Title: Senior Customer Care Advisor
Location: Office based, Hope Street, Glasgow (beside Glasgow Central Station)
Contract: Full\-time, permanent
Salary: £27K \- £29K depending on experience
Hours: Start time is 8am (thereafter hours as per contract)
We are looking for a high\-level Administrator with an absolute passion for customer care and an eye for sales opportunities to join our growing team in our fast\-paced training business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things very organised, solving problems for clients and supporting the business to win and retain customers.
What you’ll do
· Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and online enquiries (including telesales)
· Handle enquiries with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism.
· Manage client communications, bookings, and follow\-up administration.
· Support the sales process — from sending quotes \& proposals to following up leads and preparing documentation.
· Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
· Provide reports and insights to management on customer activity.
· Work closely with trainers/consultants to ensure customer needs are met smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
· High level administration skills with excellent attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills.
· Friendly, customer\-focused, and proactive.
· Comfortable using IT systems (CRM, Office, email platforms).
· Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Previous experience of working in a highly regulated and fast paced, customer facing, admin driven organisation.
Desirable experience:
· Sales experience
· Business Development experience
· Experience of working in training administration
