Description

• Providing senior oversight across Credit & Collections activity.


• Reviewing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.


• Supporting improvements across aged debt and cash collection performance.


• Working with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.


• Helping improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.


• Providing guidance and direction to teams across multiple locations.


• Supporting wider finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.


• Improving reporting, MI and visibility across the function.


• Identifying opportunities to introduce greater automation and efficiency.


• Bringing a fresh perspective and helping shape the future Credit & Collections operation.

• Strong experience within Credit Control / Credit & Collections.


• A track record of improving collections performance and processes.


• Experience working within a large, complex or international organisation.


• Strong stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working with shared service, outsourced or geographically dispersed teams.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Experience within a transformation or process improvement environment would be advantageous.

• 6-month interim contract, with potential to extend.


• Hybrid working - 2 days per week in London.


• Immediate start available.
