We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Valuation \& Advisory team — a key player who thrives on delivering actionable insights, driving excellence, and building lasting client relationships.Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.


• Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.


• Prepare market, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision\-making.


• Ensure full compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.


• Present valuation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.


• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on\-time, high\-quality delivery.


• Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems.


• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.

Who You Are

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.


• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.


• Analytical, detail\-oriented, and proactive problem\-solver.


• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.


• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.


• Experience in Forestry \& Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
