Senior Consultant / Manager in Technology, Data & Digital Transformation (M/F/X)

Help financial institutions modernise their technology, data and operating environments while strengthening IT governance and operational resilience.

Your Role

• Deliver technology\-enabled and data\-driven transformation projects.


• Translate business needs into requirements, architecture and implementation roadmaps.


• Support core banking implementations, system migrations and data transformation.


• Improve IT governance, controls, operational resilience and delivery models.


• Contribute to IT Risk, Cybersecurity, Access Management and DORA initiatives.


• Lead workstreams, client relationships and project teams according to your experience.

• You have experience in technology consulting, IT transformation, business analysis or project management.


• You can bridge Business, Technology, Data, Risk and Regulatory topics.


• You have exposure to core banking, data platforms, IT governance, migrations or digital transformation.


• Knowledge of Avaloq, T24, BCBS 239, DORA, Cloud, Cybersecurity or IT controls is an asset.


• You communicate complex technology topics clearly to senior stakeholders.


• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.

• Work on large\-scale technology and data transformation programmes.


• Help financial institutions modernise critical systems and operating environments.


• Develop your expertise through training, certifications and mentoring.


• Work across Business, Technology, Data, Risk and Regulatory topics.


• Contribute to innovation in digital transformation, data and operational resilience.
