Senior Consultant / Manager in Payments, Securities & Asset Servicing (M/F/X)

Luxembourg \| Permanent Contract

Support financial institutions in transforming payments, securities and transaction operations across business, operations and technology.

Your Role

• Deliver transformation projects across Payments, Securities and Asset Servicing.


• Optimise front\-to\-back processes covering custody, clearing, settlement and lifecycle events.


• Support Corporate Actions, collateral and securities operations initiatives.


• Contribute to payment modernisation and regulatory change programmes.


• Support system implementation, migration, testing and operational readiness.


• Lead workstreams and coordinate Business, Operations, Technology and vendor stakeholders.

• You have experience in management consulting, business transformation or project delivery.


• You understand payments, custody, clearing, settlement, securities or asset servicing operations.


• You are familiar with front\-to\-back processes in regulated environments.


• Exposure to ISO 20022, T24, Avaloq, Corporate Actions, UAT or migrations is an asset.


• You are structured, delivery\-oriented and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.


• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.

• Work on complex payments, securities and asset servicing transformation projects.


• Combine functional, operational and technology expertise.


• Support projects from initial analysis through implementation and operational readiness.


• Develop your leadership and client management capabilities.


• Contribute to proposals and the development of our market offerings.
