Senior Consultant / Manager in Finance, Risk & Regulatory Transformation (M/F/X)

Luxembourg \| Permanent Contract

Support CFO, Risk and Regulatory functions in transforming their operating models, strengthening governance and controls, and responding to complex business and regulatory challenges.

Your Role

• Deliver Finance, Risk and Regulatory transformation projects.


• Design governance frameworks, control environments and target operating models.


• Conduct regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses and remediation initiatives.


• Improve Finance, Risk Management, reporting and performance management processes.


• Support data quality, regulatory reporting and technology\-enabled transformation initiatives.


• Lead workstreams, manage client relationships, contribute to proposals and coach junior team members.

• You have experience in management consulting, transformation or advisory.


• You bring expertise in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Management, Regulatory Transformation or Regulatory Reporting.


• You understand how regulatory requirements affect processes, governance, controls and data.


• You are comfortable working with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Technology stakeholders.


• Experience in EPM, ESG reporting, credit risk, capital markets regulation or regulatory governance is an asset.


• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.

• Work on strategic Finance, Risk and Regulatory transformation programmes.


• Support leading financial institutions from assessment through implementation.


• Combine functional expertise with data and technology\-enabled transformation.


• Develop your client relationships, leadership and business development capabilities.


• Contribute to the development of our market offerings and consulting teams.
