About the Role:
As a Senior Care Worker, you will provide exceptional support to individuals in their own homes, including assisted living and home care environments. You will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life through respectful, personalised, and compassionate care.
A valid driving licence is mandatory. Experience in elderly and dementia care is required for this post.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Administer medication and ensure adherence to care plans
- Support individuals living with frailty, dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Promote mental and emotional wellbeing through meaningful engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Escort clients to appointments and social activities
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, including administering first aid if required
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to supervising staff
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings
- Strong understanding of dementia and senior care practices
- Experience with medication administration and behaviour management
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
