We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high\-quality care to our residents in our small outstanding care home. Ensuring residents comfort, dignity, and well\-being at all times.

Training is absolutely available to the right person! The team is friendly and the role is rewarding, we genuinely care about our residents and want them to be treated as family.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to residents.


• Be able to supervise and support a positive 'can do' team environment.


• Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.


• Assist in the administration of medication as per prescribed guidelines.


• Engage in meaningful activities and help to create a pleasant environment.


• Uphold health and safety standards within the care home.


• Be committed to ongoing training

• Previous experience in a senior care role


• The ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively


• Excellent communication skills


• Can do, friendly attitude

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
