Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and drive complex projects across various departments. Duties
- Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring clear delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop detailed project plans using recognised project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira.
- Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress through data analysis and reporting tools like SAS or Salesforce to ensure milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimise resource utilisation across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between teams using platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow to maintain transparency and collaboration.
- Organise meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Utilise frameworks such as SAFe or Waterfall methodologies to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Oversee content management systems and product development processes to support project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards by maintaining documentation in tools like Workday or Smartsheet.
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, data analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Workday or SAP is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Effective time management skills with the capacity to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in cost control and budget management within large\-scale projects.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies including SAFe, Waterfall, or Agile frameworks like Scrum.
- Competence in using content management systems such as SharePoint or Confluence for documentation purposes.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data using SAS or similar analytics tools.
- Ability to utilise presentation software like Visio or PowerPoint for stakeholder engagement.
