Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 month previous care experience within the UK

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility to support across Birmingham including Sutton Coldfield, Kings Norton/Edgbaston and Solihull

  • Driver Essential, with access to your own car

  • Reliable

Work Pattern:

Week 1

\* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fri AM

Week 2

\* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

The days you are working, you will also have the emergency on call.

For weekend on calls, you will not be allocated full day of shifts, so this can be done working from home. With the exception of covering emergencies.

Most of our clients will only accept female care staff, due to this, we are only looking to hire female staff.

Are you a Care Assistant, looking to take a step up into a more senior position?

Team Locum support clients within their own home on a full\-time basis. This can include personal care and medication up to clinical interventions including PEG care, oral suctioning and non\-invasive ventilation.

We are hiring for a Senior Care Assistant to support us on a contract basis. Your rota will be the same days working on alternative weeks, with alternative weekends off.
