Honeysuckle House is a Residential Care Home for service users who require personal care. Established for over 20 years and we have enjoyed an excellent reputation for providing first class care and we are proud of our industry\-based reputation. We have a good CQC rating, 5\* Kitchen rating and we are broadly compliant with the fire safety authority. We are registered for 25 beds.

Senior Carers Needed at Honeysuckle House (Residential Care Home) Blackpool.
Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful Senior Care Assistant candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Carers and will be dedicated to contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to our residents.
We provide all the training and qualifications you need for the role through our training programmes which we encourage all our team to access, with the support and guidance to develop your career with us.
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to support our Residents. Elmsdene Residential Care Home delivers high standards of care to our residents most of which are local to the area.
Main Responsibilities
Our ideal Senior Care Assistant will have the following skills and values:

Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of Residents.
Ideally a holder of an NVQ L3 or above

Elmsdene Residential Care Home is an established care home for more than 20 years, based in Blackpool area, Lancashire. With 33 beds and providing the highest levels of care for our residents who have dementia, Alzheimer, old age related multiple complexities, epilepsy, visual impairment etc. To do this we need caring and dedicated professionals to deliver first class care in our homes.
We are committed to providing on\-going training and development for all employees to continually update their skills. All members of staff take part in a comprehensive induction programme and attend relevant courses.
