Parkfield House Nursing Home is an elegant, listed home in the quiet residential area of Hillingdon, West London. With 39 uniquely charming bedrooms spread over three floors, the home combines comfort and character in a thoughtfully refurbished setting that offers high\-quality nursing care.
Senior Care Assistant Contract
- £15\.63 per hour
- Contracted to 33 hours per week
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5\.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents.
You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
We Are Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Health \& Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
- Medication administration training with competency is essential
- Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
