Hours: Nights 44 hours per week, working weekends on rota

Our beautiful home will offer residential and specialist dementia care in a peaceful setting, providing a safe, secure and rewarding lifestyle for those with a variety of needs.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Aiding residents emotional well\-being and social needs
- Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
- Supporting residents at meals time
- Mentor \& assist new employees.
- Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
- Plan, allocate \& supervise the work of the team of care assistants

- Experience as a Senior Care Assistant \& leading a team.
- Have a friendly \& caring attitude.
- Experience of administrating medication
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health \& Social care or willing to work towards this.
- Great communication skills, both written \& verbal.
