Location: London Office (Hybrid \+ UK Travel)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £41,129\.53 to £47,298\.97 doe \+ Commission \+ Company Benefits \= 60k\+ OTE \- Uncapped commission

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to play a leading role in accelerating growth across the business.

This role is suited to a proven commercial professional with a strong track record of winning new business, developing strategic accounts, and influencing commercial performance.

You will take ownership of larger opportunities, support the development of junior team members, and help drive the ongoing evolution of the commercial function as the business targets significant growth over the coming years.

The business is investing in CRM, sales processes, reporting, and capability development, creating an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure alongside delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic New Business Growth

  • Identify and secure high\-value opportunities across hospitality, events, stadia, hotels, contract catering, and premium venues.

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision\-makers.

  • Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract agreement.
Commercial Leadership
  • Act as a role model for sales excellence and CRM discipline.

  • Support and mentor less experienced commercial team members.

  • Contribute to territory planning, account strategy, and sales best practice.
Pipeline \& Forecasting
  • Maintain robust pipeline management within HubSpot.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Drive accountability around activity, pipeline, and conversion performance.
Market \& Sector Development
  • Build a strong market presence through networking, industry engagement, and thought leadership.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support commercial planning.
About You
  • Proven success in a business development or sales role.

  • Demonstrable experience winning and growing commercial accounts.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience operating within CRM\-led sales environments.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands\-on execution.

  • Hospitality, events, recruitment, workforce solutions, or related sector experience preferred.
