Senior Business Designer

Your responsibilities as Senior Business Designer

• Lead design activities from discovery through to testing and implementation


• Translate research, market intelligence and data into commercial opportunities and recommendations


• Develop value propositions, models and growth strategies aligned to client objectives


• Build business cases and financial models that support strategic decision-making


• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to create alignment and drive progress


• Support client relationship development by identifying opportunities to extend impact and value

What we’re looking for in a Senior Business Designer

• Previous experience within business design, innovation, strategy, consulting or product-focused environments


• Strong capability in business modelling, proposition development and commercial analysis


• Experience building business cases and using data to inform decision-making


• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly


• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams delivering transformation or innovation initiatives

This is a hybrid role, working 3-days per week in the office.
