Senior Business Architect – Compensation Transformation Contract: 18 months Location: Nottingham Recruitment Partner: Anastasia Walker What you'll be doing As the Lead Business Architect for Compensation Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in Boots' HR Transformation journey. Your expertise will help shape and deliver future\-state Compensation and Reward processes, directly impacting over 50,000 colleagues. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that our processes align with business objectives and enhance the overall colleague experience. Key responsibilities • Own the design of future\-state Compensation and Reward processes liaising directly with the project lead.
- Own and facilitate process design activities across the Compensation workstream. • Take accountability for design and process decisions, escalating material decisions as needed. • Conduct design workshops and decision\-making sessions with stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate Business Architects, Process Specialists, and SMEs across assigned areas. • Oversee process documentation and ensure readiness for UAT and change management. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure integrated requirements across the HRIS program. What you'll need to have (our must\-haves) • Strong knowledge of Reward / Total Rewards processes.
- Significant experience in business architecture and HR transformation. • Proven track record in leading process design activities and workshops. • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing decisions. • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
