Senior Business Analyst – eFront & AI-Driven Process Optimization

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in eFront solutions to drive process optimization and automation initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leveraging AI\-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and workflows within eFront environments.


• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.


• Design and propose AI\-enabled solutions (e.g., intelligent automation, predictive analytics, NLP\-based workflows).


• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.


• Work closely with IT, data, and AI teams to implement solutions.


• Support solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.


• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in financial services.


• Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.


• Monitor post\-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or asset management.


• Strong hands\-on experience with eFront (e.g., FrontInvest, FrontArena, or similar platforms).


• Proven track record in business process reengineering and optimization.


• Experience in implementing automation solutions (RPA, workflow tools, or AI\-based solutions).


• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in business processes.


• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL).


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).


• Knowledge of private equity, real assets, or alternative investments.


• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI\-PBA, or equivalent).

• Strategic thinking with a strong focus on value creation
