The Role
This is a senior\-level outbound SDR position suited to people who thrive in fast\-paced, KPI\-driven environments and enjoy mastering different industries.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering high\-activity outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified B2B appointments
- Representing multiple client propositions with confidence and credibility
- Managing pipelines through CRM systems
- Handling objections and navigating senior stakeholders
- Tailoring messaging and scripts to different markets
- Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly targets
- Providing feedback on messaging, campaigns and market response
OTE salary: £25,000–£30,000 (DOE)

This role is for someone who has already proven themselves in outbound sales.
You’ll likely have:
- 2\+ years in B2B telesales, SDR, BDR or business development roles
- Experience working to demanding KPIs and activity targets
- Confidence speaking to senior decision\-makers
- Strong objection\-handling skills
- CRM fluency and comfort with sales tools
- The resilience to thrive in high\-volume environments
- A commercial mindset and competitive edge
- The ability to adapt quickly across different industries
- Strong written and verbal communication
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Reviewing call lists and priorities
- Running outbound sessions across multiple campaigns
- Booking qualified appointments for clients
- Logging activity in CRM
- Working on multiple datasets, cold prospecting, lapsed customers, marketing warmed leads – depending on type of campaign
- Refining messaging
- Collaborating with campaign managers
- Chasing targets and finishing strong
Location \& Start
Based in our Jewellery Quarter office with hybrid working (3 office / 2 home).
