Schneider Electric is wereldwijd marktleider in energiebeheer én we produceren onze eigen toonaangevende LS‑, MS‑, UPS‑ en koelingsoplossingen. Dit betekent dat jij als Werkvoorbereider nauw samenwerkt met onze eigen fabrieken en interne stakeholders — van engineering tot supply chain en onze Services‑afdeling.
Onze projecten bevinden zich in kritische omgevingen zoals datacenters, ziekenhuizen, industrie en energievoorziening. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden perfect zijn afgestemd en dat de uitvoering veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning kan plaatsvinden. Deze verantwoordelijkheden sluiten aan op de algemene kern van werkvoorbereiders: het voorbereiden van technische projecten, opstellen van planningen en afstemmen met leveranciers (in dit geval onze eigen productiecentra).
Wat ga je doen?
Technische voorbereiding
- Voorbereiden en controleren van technische documenten voor LS (busbar, Laagspanning verdelers/MS‑schakelinstallaties, UPS‑systemen en koeloplossingen behoeve van leveringen vanuit fabrieken.
- Vertalen van engineering‑informatie naar duidelijke werkinstructies voor onze Services‑engineers en uitvoerders.
- Voorbereiden van FAT/SAT‑ondersteuning en het verwerken van fabrieksspecificaties.
Coördinatie met onze eigen fabrieken
- Plaatsen bestellingen en afstemming met Schneider Electric‑productielocaties wereldwijd voor productieplanning, levertijden, technische specificaties en eventuele aanpassingen.
- Monitoren van voortgang binnen onze supply chain en zorgen dat alle componenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
- Organiseren van transport, levermomenten en kwaliteitscontroles.
- Afstemmen van planning, werkpakketten, veiligheidsmaatregelen, HSE\-plannen, en resourceplanning.
- Coördineren van installatie\-, test\- en commissioningactiviteiten samen met ons interne Services‑team.
- Voorbereiden van site‑documentatie, risicoanalyses en uitvoeringsplannen.
- Opstellen en bewaken van gedetailleerde projectplanningen.
- Materialen en projectcomponenten bestellen (voornamelijk binnen onze eigen supply chain) en tijdig beschikbaar stellen op locatie.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief oplossen van logistieke of technische issues.
- Voorbereiden van kostenoverzichten, ondersteunen bij budgetbewaking en rapporteren van voortgang.
- Beheren van alle projectdocumentatie en kwaliteitsregistraties volgens interne standaarden.
- Rapporteert functioneel aan de projectmanager en hiërarchisch naar de Team Execution manager.
Wat breng je mee?
- MBO\+/HBO werk\- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring met LS/MS‑techniek, UPS‑systemen en/of koeling is een sterke pré.
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen technische projectvoorbereiding.
- Je kunt technische tekeningen en schema’s lezen en vertalen naar praktische uitvoering.
- Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en behoudt overzicht — eigenschappen die essentieel zijn voor deze functie en typisch worden genoemd voor werkvoorbereiders.
- Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding en goed functioneren in multidisciplinaire teams.
- Nederlands en Engelse taal
