WEAVERS in Paisley are looking for a Senior Assistant General Manager to help support both our great Front of house and Kitchen teams and play a key role in developing this very busy bar / restaurant / events venue.

An experienced and hands\-on leader who will help set the standards. You'll coach the team and be active on the floor to ensure every customer leaves feeling genuinely valued. If you're passionate about hospitality and want to shape a team that delivers unforgettable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsible for the day\-to\-day operation, overseeing both front and back of house ensuring an enjoyable \& memorable experience for guests on a regular basis whilst achieving sales / profitability targets.

General responsibilities include:

  • Staff recruitment \& training

  • Management \& staff development

  • Operational leadership with a focus on team motivation and great guest experience

  • Compliance with Health \& Safety regulations

  • Stock management inc ordering and receiving goods

  • Management of bookings

  • Forecasting and scheduling

  • Personal licence preferable

Other responsibilities will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£37,000\.00 per year
